Chicken in Corn Cream

  • 1/2 kilos chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1/5 sticks butter
  • 1 can corn kernels, large
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • salt

  • Clean and wash the chicken pieces very well.
  • Season each piece of chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat the butter and lightly fry the chicken pieces.
  • In a separate blender, blend half of the corn kernels with the cream and milk, with a little bit of salt.
  • Pour the blended ingredients with the whole corn kernels into the skillet where we fried the chicken.
  • Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
