1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless; cut into strips
1 teaspoon salt, for the marinade
1/4 cups olive oil, for the marinade
1 teaspoon pepper, for the marinade
1 teaspoon oregano, for the marinade
1 tablespoon butter, for frying the chicken strips
2 cups fresh cilantro, for the sauce
2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce
2 cups chicken broth, for the sauce
1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
1/8 onions, for the sauce
1 clove garlic, for the sauce
3 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
3 tablespoons flour
