In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano for about 5 minutes. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with the butter until cooked through. Keep covered. For the sauce, blend the cilantro with the evaporated milk, chicken broth, cream cheese, onion, and garlic until you get a homogeneous mixture. Heat a pot over medium heat, add the butter and flour all at once, cook until you get a golden paste. Add the sauce and let it come to a boil, lower the heat and cook until thickened. Season.
