Heat the olive oil in a pot, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sear the pieces in the hot oil.
Chop the garlic, onion, and carrot.
Remove the chicken from the heat; add the onion and carrot to the same pot, fry and add the garlic, mushrooms, and a touch of white wine. Let it boil for a few minutes and add the already sealed chicken.
Add the chopped parsley, half cream, and cinnamon; mix.
Cover and let cook for 20-30 minutes. Serve accompanied by pasta.
