Try to prepare the tortillas for the chicken and cream tacos one or two hours before mealtime. Fill the tortillas with the chicken previously cut into strips, roll them up, and let them dry.
Then, we make the avocado sauce for the chicken and cream tacos. For this, we blend the avocado together with the tomatillos, the chili, and a sprig of cilantro, all together. Don’t forget to add a few drops of lemon so that the sauce doesn’t oxidize.
Finally, fry the chicken and cream tacos in hot oil until golden, drain them well, place them on a bed of lettuce, and top with the avocado sauce, chopped onion, tomato, cheese, and well-mixed cream.
