Ingredients: 26 tortillas, small; 2 cups chicken, cooked and deboned; 1 cup fresh cream; 1/2 cups queso fresco, crumbled; 1/4 onions, finely chopped; 1 avocado, large peeled and pressed; 5 green tomatoes, skinless and cooked; 1 serrano chile, cooked and ground; 1 romaine lettuce, finely chopped; 1 sprig fresh cilantro; 1/2 limes; salt, as needed; 1 tomato, sliced; vegetable oil, for frying

Try to prepare the tortillas for the chicken and cream tacos one or two hours before mealtime. Fill the tortillas with the chicken previously cut into strips, roll them up, and let them dry. Then, we make the avocado sauce for the chicken and cream tacos. For this, we blend the avocado together with the tomatillos, the chili, and a sprig of cilantro, all together. Don’t forget to add a few drops of lemon so that the sauce doesn’t oxidize.
