2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 pasilla chiles, cleaned and boiled
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
granulated chicken bouillon
salt
pepper

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and then fry them.
Blend the chiles with the onion, garlic, and the water in which the chiles were boiled. It should be a bit thick.
Add the sauce to the chicken breasts and season with the powdered broth.
Serve and accompany with the desired side dish.
