Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 tablespoons Nutrioli ® oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless

  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, low in fat
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Heat Nutrioli® oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the garlic and cook the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side to sear them, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Season with salt, pepper, add the broccoli, cream, and white wine. Mix a little with a wooden spatula and cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Lower the temperature to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the chicken broccoli casserole in the same pan and garnish with slices of yellow lemon.
