Heat Nutrioli® oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the garlic and cook the chicken breasts for 4 minutes on each side to sear them, but be careful not to burn the garlic. Season with salt, pepper, add the broccoli, cream, and white wine. Mix a little with a wooden spatula and cover with a lid or aluminum foil. Lower the temperature to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
