Insert the knife into the chicken breast (the breast should be vertical, and cut on the widest side) to form a small pocket, then insert the asparagus cut into small sticks and the shredded Oaxaca cheese. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper, and close the opening with toothpicks.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the bacon, followed by the tomato and the white beans with their broth to season them. Wait for them to thicken, then lower the temperature to the minimum to keep the preparation warm.
Heat a little oil in a skillet and sear the chicken breasts. In the same skillet, add the Adobo Pibil, lower the temperature, cover the skillet, and let the chicken finish cooking.
