Chicken Cream Gratin Tacos

Delicious, soft tacos that are easy to prepare, which you can make without spice if you have little ones at home, or with a spicy touch if you prefer.

  • 1/2 chickens, cooked and shredded
  • 12 tortillas
  • 5 red tomatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • cheeses, for melting
  • salt
  • seasoning sauce
  • pepper

  • Roll the tacos with the chicken and place them in a baking dish.
  • Blend the cooked tomatoes without water; instead, add the cream, salt, and seasoning to achieve a not-too-liquid cream. Finally, adjust the salt to taste.
  • Strain the blended mixture and pour it over the tacos in the dish, add pepper and cheese.
  • Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts, covered with aluminum foil.
