1 jar Herdez® Creamy Spicy Chilpotle Sauce, 240 g, for the sauce
1/4 cups butter, melted, for the sauce
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
celery, in sticks, for serving
carrot, in strips, for serving

Add the milk and lemon juice to a bowl, then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes or until it slightly curdles. Then, add the onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken wings. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Set aside.
Add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme to another bowl, then add the wings and coat until fully covered, remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry the wings over medium heat for 15 minutes. Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Set aside.
For the sauce: Pour the Herdez® creamy spicy Chilpotle Sauce and the butter into a bowl. Mix, dip the wings in the sauce, drain the excess, and set aside.
Place the chilpotle chicken wings on a serving plate and sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
