Ingredients: 1 kilo chicken wings; 1 cup milk, for marinating; 1 tablespoon lime juice, for marinating; 1 tablespoon onion powder, for marinating; salt, for marinating; pepper, for marinating; 1 cup flour, for coating; 1 tablespoon paprika, for coating; 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for coating; 1 teaspoon oregano, for coating; 1 teaspoon thyme, for coating; vegetable oil, for frying; 1 jar Herdez® Creamy Spicy Chilpotle Sauce, 240 g, for the sauce; 1/4 cups butter, melted, for the sauce; 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped; celery, in sticks, for serving; carrot, in strips, for serving

Add the milk and lemon juice to a bowl, then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes or until it slightly curdles. Then, add the onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken wings. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Set aside. Add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme to another bowl, then add the wings and coat until fully covered, remove and set aside.
