Wings with creamy sauce

Try these wings with creamy sauce, they are perfect for snack time! Additionally, these chicken wings are very crispy, have a spicy kick, and are also coated with a very creamy sauce, which is easily prepared with McCormick® mayonnaise with lemon juice, buffalo sauce, and habanero.   • 1 kilo chicken wings, cleaned
  • 3/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cups water
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cups Habanero hot sauce
  • ranch dressing
  • cucumber, in strips, to accompany

  • Mix the cornstarch, flour, paprika, garlic powder, baking powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl, then pour in the water. Mix until you have a homogeneous mixture and coat the wings.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat, add 4 to 5 wings and fry for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove the chicken wings and place on a plate with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, add the butter, then add McCormick® mayonnaise with lemon juice, buffalo sauce, and habanero sauce. Mix the wings with the sauce.
  • Serve the wings with the creamy sauce on a board with wax paper and accompany with dressing and cucumbers.
