1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut in halves
1/8 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoons rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Jacobs® coffee
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 tablespoons Jacobs® coffee
salt and pepper
fresh oregano, to serve

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with the onion, garlic, shallot, thyme, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, Jacobs® Coffee, water, vinegar, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the previously seasoned chicken until well cooked and golden.
In a deep skillet, cook the marinade with the chicken broth until it thickens. Add the heavy cream, nutmeg, Jacobs® Coffee, and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Incorporate the previously cooked chicken into the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve and garnish with fresh oregano.
