In a bowl, marinate the chicken with the onion, garlic, shallot, thyme, oregano, rosemary, olive oil, Jacobs® Coffee, water, vinegar, and soy sauce for 15 minutes. In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the previously seasoned chicken until well cooked and golden.
