4 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1 cup onion, cut into julienne
1 cup pimentón, cut into julienne
salt, and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups water

We will cook the chicken legs in water for 40 minutes over medium heat with salt and pepper to taste.
For the sauce, we will sauté the onions along with the bell peppers in oil over low heat until they are golden.
We will add the cup of Coca-Cola, the vegetables, and cook over low heat until a caramel forms.
After the chicken is cooked, we will coat it in the still hot sauce and serve it.
