Chicken in Cream and Poblano

This recipe is my family's favorite. I hope you like it as much as we do; it's easy, delicious, and economical. This dish is generational, as my grandmother, my mother, and now I have made it.

1 cup chicken, shredded
5 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined
1 cup corn kernels
2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
pepper, to taste
1/4 onions, in thin slices
salt, to taste

Low
Put the tablespoon of butter, add the onion, and sauté until it turns translucent, then add the roasted poblano, deveined and cut into strips.
Add the corn kernels, season with salt and pepper, let it simmer for 5 more minutes, lower the heat, add the cream, and it's ready.
