Ingredients: 1 cup chicken, shredded; 5 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined; 1 cup corn kernels; 2 cups sour cream; 1 tablespoon butter; pepper, to taste; 1/4 onions, in thin slices; salt, to taste

Put the tablespoon of butter, add the onion, and sauté until it turns translucent, then add the roasted poblano, deveined and cut into strips. Add the corn kernels, season with salt and pepper, let it simmer for 5 more minutes, lower the heat, add the cream, and it's ready.
