Green Curry Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless thighs (150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped

  • Melt the Primavera® Margarine over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts until lightly browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate curry, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Drain the water and add the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth granules, cover and let cook for 12 minutes.
  • Combine the cream and nuts, cooking for 3 more minutes. Serve.
