Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon; 2 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine; 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless thighs (150g each); 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 3 tablespoons curry powder; 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper; 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper; 3/4 cups water; 3 tablespoons sour cream; 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped

Melt the Primavera® Margarine over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts until lightly browned. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate curry, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
