1/2 cups ketchup, (for the sauce)
2 cups white vinegar, (for the sauce)
2 cups sugar, (for the sauce)
1/2 cups soy, (for the sauce)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (for the sauce)
chives, for garnishing
sesame seeds, for garnishing
vegetable oil, for frying
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups cornstarch
salt, and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pot and cook over low heat until thickened.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and season with salt and pepper.
In another deep bowl, beat the eggs.
Pass each chicken cube through the flour mixture, then the eggs, and then back through the flour, and place on a plate.
Heat about 4 cups of oil for frying in a large skillet, and once hot, fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
Place the chicken in the pot with the sauce, mix well, and serve; you can garnish your dish with sesame seeds and/or green onions.
