Insert a skewer, piercing through the strip of thigh.
Place the skewers in a baking dish and add the lemons cut into thin slices, add rosemary. Season with salt and pepper and finish with a little olive oil, mix.
Heat the pan to high temperature, and sear the skewers until well cooked.
Cut the figs and the plum into quarters, tear the lettuce by hand. Prepare a bed with the fruits and the lettuce, place the skewers on top of this and also some lemon slices.
