Butter Chicken with Wine

  • 1 chicken
  • 300 milliliters white wine
  • 400 grams butter
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 5 lemons
  • 10 grams ground pepper
  • 30 grams salt
  • 300 grams ground meat, beef
  • 100 grams ground meat, pork
  • 50 grams cranberries
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pinches cumin
  • 2 ground cloves

  • Melt the butter and grind it together with lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Inject the chicken with white wine.
  • Cover the chicken with butter, inside and out of the skin.
  • Heat a little butter, sauté some finely chopped garlic and onion.
  • Add the meat and sauté until well cooked, then add the cranberry, walnut, cumin, and ground clove. Season and set aside.
  • Stuff the chicken with this meat preparation. Close the thoracic cavity. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180° C for approximately 45 minutes.
  • After the time, remove the aluminum foil and baste the chicken with its juices inside the oven to brown and keep its temperature.
