  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups mustard, (with or without seeds)
  • 1 cup honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 chicken breasts, whole or filleted (approximately 650 grams)

  • Grease a baking dish with a little butter.
  • Place the chicken breasts in such a way that they do not overlap and cover the bottom of the dish.
  • In a bowl, mix the five ingredients well until a smooth sauce is obtained (it will be thick).
  • Cover the chicken breasts with the sauce.
  • Place in the oven, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes at 180ºC.
