1 cup tandoori spice blend
1/2 cucumbers
1 teaspoon cumin, dry
1 onion, small
1 teaspoon peppermint

Mix half of the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt with the tandoori spices.
Marinate the chicken for 6 hours in the sauce. This helps the chicken to tenderize and enhances the flavor.
Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 45 minutes at 350ºF.
Grate the cucumber and onion.
Mix with the remaining FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and add cumin and mint to make the yogurt sauce.
