Cordon Blue Chicken Breasts and Spinach

These breasts are ideal for lunchtime with their tasty filling of ham, cheese, and spinach, and their crispy coating will be the best option to enjoy with family.

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 slices turkey deli ham
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cups Maizena® cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, batter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Primavera® margarine

  • Season each breaded cutlet on both sides with Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
  • Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet, roll up (if necessary, secure with wooden toothpicks).
  • Dust each one with Maizena® Corn Starch, then dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat Margarina Primavera® Cooking Margarine with Salt in a non-stick skillet and cook over low medium heat until golden brown, crispy, and well cooked.
  • Serve.
