You will love these delicious San Juan® Eggs wrapped in meat; you can serve them as a snack or as a main dish, as they also work as a complete meal. You can pair them with various dressings for all your guests to enjoy.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for 15 minutes. Remove and place in a bowl with ice water to cool completely and make peeling easier.
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley until all ingredients are combined.
Form a ball with the meat mixture and, using your hand, completely cover the San Juan® Egg.
To bread, place the flour, egg, and breadcrumbs in 3 separate containers, respectively, and coat the balls first with flour, then with egg, and finally with breadcrumbs; freeze for 20 minutes.
In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the balls for 5 minutes until golden. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
Serve on a flat plate and decorate with scallions. Accompany with blue cheese dressing.
