Beef Fondue

Delicious beef skewers that are quite easy to prepare. It's the perfect dish for an afternoon at the grill, or you can make them in a pan.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 450 grams beef tenderloin, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, whole, small
  • 2 zucchinis, long, cut into 2x2 cm cubes
  • vegetable oil

  • In a bowl, place the meat and vegetables to season them with Knorr® Beef Broth.
  • Heat the oil, pierce the meat or vegetables with the fondue skewers and gradually cook the meat and vegetables.
  • You can substitute beef with chicken and season it with Knorr® Switzerland Granulated Chicken Broth.
