1 tablespoon oregano
2 cloves garlic, large
2 onions, large
6 leaves bay
2 kilos corn tortillas, taqueras
1 bunch fresh cilantro
árbol chile sauce, for accompaniment

All ingredients are ground, EXCEPT: 1 1/2 onion and the bunch of cilantro.
In a mold that fits the 3 kg of steak, pour the ground ingredients over the steak and mix to ensure they are well covered with the marinade.
The marinated steak is left to rest for one hour in the refrigerator.
After an hour, remove the steak, chop it into not-too-small cubes, and fry for half an hour or until the meat looks well cooked or fried according to your preference.
Chop the bunch of cilantro and 1 1/2 onion to serve with the tacos.
Serve with double tortillas and accompany with chopped cilantro and onion. Pair with árbol chili sauce to taste.
