These juicy meat rolls are filled with a mixture of vegetables and drizzled with a balsamic reduction that gives them a special flavor. Everything you need in a single dish.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the Nutrioli® Oil and cook the vegetables until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Season the beef sheets with salt and pepper and fill with the vegetables. Roll up and secure with a wooden toothpick.
Heat the rest of the Nutrioli® Oil over medium heat and cook the rolls until they are cooked through. Set aside.
For the reduction, heat the balsamic vinegar with the sugar in a small pot and let it reduce over medium heat until it reaches a thick consistency.
Serve the rolls with the reduction.
