In a pan over medium heat, heat the Nutrioli® Oil and cook the vegetables until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Season the beef sheets with salt and pepper and fill with the vegetables. Roll up and secure with a wooden toothpick.
