1 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
500 grams ground meat, beef
500 grams ground meat, pork
2 eggs
salt, to taste
1/2 cups bread crumbs
100 grams deli ham, chopped
50 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
6 American cheese, in slices
ketchup
mustard
onions, chopped
pickled Jalapeño chiles
pepper, to taste
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, egg, bread, and meat.
Grease and flour a metal mold and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add half of the prepared meat and on top add the cheeses and ham, cover with another layer of meat.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes or until a fork inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve with green salad and a little mashed potatoes.
