500 grams ground meat
1 egg
1/4 cups rice, stewed
1/4 cups white onion, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 tomatoes, boiled
3 morita chiles, soaked and seedless
1 cube Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
1/4 white onions
1 clove garlic
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Combine the meat with the egg, rice, onion, cilantro, and pepper. Form the meatballs with this mixture and cook them with enough water.
Blend the tomato, morita chili, Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning cube, onion, garlic, and water.
Heat the oil and fry the sauce; bring it to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve.
