PREPARATION OF THE SAUCE:
In a bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, tequila, cornstarch dissolved in water, and ginger. Stir vigorously and set aside.
In a wok, blanch with enough oil the hard vegetables like onion (with the tail), garlic, bell peppers, and carrots. Then add the meat, chicken, and shrimp, cut into medium pieces, until they are blanched.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the corn cut in half, broccoli, soybean sprouts, peanuts, and sesame. Stir everything and add the sauce previously prepared.
Let the sauce thicken a little.
