  • 200 grams meat
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/4 cups chorizo, chopped (for the spicy beans)
  • 1 red onion, chopped (for the spicy beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed (for the spicy beans)
  • 1 red chile, spicy (for the spicy beans)
  • 1 cup refried beans, (for the spicy beans)
  • 1/3 cups meat broth, (for the spicy beans)
  • 1 lime, (for the dressing)
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, (for the dressing)
  • 1 cup yogurt, (for the dressing)
  • salt, and pepper (for the dressing)
  • tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, grated

  • Marinate the meat steaks in the beer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the chorizo, onion, garlic, and chili.
  • Add the beans to the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice and zest.
  • Chop half of the cilantro and mix it with the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and the lime.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the steaks to taste and let rest.
  • Place the tortilla chips in a dish and add the beans in the middle, chop the meat and place it on top.
  • Garnish with the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt sauce and the remaining cilantro.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
