Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use a whisk to mix vigorously until combined. Set aside.
Place the pork cutlets on the flour, cover completely, shake off the excess, then place on a plate. Set aside.
Dip the cutlets in the egg, drain the excess, coat with breadcrumbs, and cover completely. Place the cutlets on a plate and set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the pork cutlets for 10 minutes on each side. Then, place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Set aside.
For the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over low heat, sauté the garlic for 3 minutes or until golden brown, then add the cherry tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Blend the sauce ingredients with an immersion blender until thick, then add the basil and cook for 2 more minutes.
