Lentils with Chorizo

  • 1/2 chorizos, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cubes Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 3 cups lentils, cooked
  • 4 cups broth, lentils

  • Fry the chorizo in a saucepan until slightly browned. Add the tomato, onion, and chili pepper. Cook over medium heat for three minutes.
  • Add the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning cube, the lentils, and the broth.
  • Bring to a boil for 7 minutes over medium heat and serve.
