1 package Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
50 grams Manchego cheese
150 grams smoked pork chop
1/4 kilos bacon
1 Poblano chile
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onions
1 cup ear corn, yellow

Cut the pork chop into small cubes.
Cut the bacon into cubes.
Chop the bell peppers.
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Remove the veins and seeds from the poblano peppers, and cut them into strips.
Cook the chopped bacon in a pan.
Add the pork chop along with the bones to enhance the flavor.
Incorporate the vegetables and sauté until they are soft.
Distribute the cheese and leave on the heat until it melts.
Place a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® Precooked tortilla on a very hot griddle for 20 seconds on each side until it puffs up.
