1 1/2 cups black beans, soaked in water the night before and drained
1 cube Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
1 chorizo, sliced
1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 envelope Knorr® instant white rice, To Serve

Place both types of pork meat in the pressure cooker. Add enough water (approximately 2 liters)
Without covering the pot, let it boil and remove the foam or impurities from the meat.
Add the beans, the Knorr® Tomato Seasoning cube, cover the pot, and cook for 40 minutes starting from when the valve sounds. Set aside.
In a separate pot, fry the chorizo with the onion and garlic for 2 minutes; add the tomato, cumin, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Pour the meat and bean stew (with all the broth). Let it boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the Knorr® White Rice packet according to the package instructions and serve as a side dish with the feijoada.
