1 can chipotle chile, small

Cook the meat with enough water, onion, salt, and garlic for about 45 minutes, once cooked, shred it finely, sauté it, and set aside.
Finely slice the onion and cabbage, sauté until translucent without burning, then add the shredded meat.
Add ketchup with chipotle chili to the meat; if it is dry, add some of the broth from cooking to make it just moist.
