  • 1 kilo pork, (leg)
  • 1/2 cabbages, or cabbage
  • 1 onion, large
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small

  • Cook the meat with enough water, onion, salt, and garlic for about 45 minutes, once cooked, shred it finely, sauté it, and set aside.
  • Finely slice the onion and cabbage, sauté until translucent without burning, then add the shredded meat.
  • Add ketchup with chipotle chili to the meat; if it is dry, add some of the broth from cooking to make it just moist.
