1/2 kilos pork chops, or beef
1/2 kilos tomatillo
1 onion
1 garlic
cumin, to taste
salt
pepper
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
Preparation

In a skillet with hot oil, brown the chops, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Boil the tomatoes with the chiles and garlic in water.
Slice the onion, and once the tomatoes are cooked, blend everything with salt and cumin.
When the chops are browned, add the chopped onion and sauté it a bit.
Once everything is blended, pour the sauce over the chops.
