  • 200 grams red chili powder
  • 4 grams nutmeg
  • 140 grams salt
  • 16 grams garlic
  • 300 milliliters apple cider vinegar
  • 2 grams oregano
  • 4 grams pepper
  • 1 gram clove
  • 2 grams fresh cilantro, of ball
  • 1 gram cumin
