Place the previously washed ribs in a pot with a cup of water and let them cook until the meat is well cooked and tender, allowing them to brown a bit on both sides.
Soak the chilies in a little hot water. Once they are hydrated, remove the seeds, place them in the blender with a little onion and garlic, blend well, and add the chili sauce to the ribs, letting it cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
After it starts boiling, add the half cream and let it simmer over low heat until it thickens a bit, and that's it, you have a delicious rib dish.
