1 cube Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth
4 pasilla chiles, seedless
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 clove
4 black pepper
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
650 grams tenderloin tip, of pork
2 leaves bay
Preparation

Low
Roast the chiles, onion, garlic, clove, and pepper in a skillet over low heat to prevent burning.
Soak the above in 1 cup of hot water until the chiles soften. Blend and set aside.
Fry the meat in hot oil until slightly golden and pour in the previously strained chile mixture.
Season with the Knorr® Costilla Jugosa Beef Broth cube and bay leaves.
Add 1 more cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
Serve with a little white rice.
