Rack of Lamb with Parsley

The rack of lamb is delicious and easier to prepare than you think! With this recipe, you can make a dish of rack of lamb seared with butter and parsley that will leave everyone amazed!

  • 1/3 cups breadcrumbs, baguette
  • 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
  • cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • cayenne pepper
  • 4 rack of lamb

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Place the bread on a baking tray and put it in the oven to dry. Watch it closely to prevent it from browning.
  • Mix the garlic, bread, shallot, and parsley. Melt the butter and add the mustard powder and cayenne pepper.
  • Season the rack with salt and pepper. Spread it with butter and coat both sides of the rack with the parsley mixture.
  • Sear the ribs in a skillet (3 minutes on each side) and then place them on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked medium.
  • Once ready, remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes to prevent the juices from escaping.
  • Cut the ribs and serve with potatoes and mint jelly.
