Ranch Milanesa

This breaded chicken milanesa is not the classic one, as it is accompanied by a homemade ranch sauce made with spices, mayonnaise, and homemade buttermilk. The best part is that it has a super crispy and delicious breading.

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 eggs, breading, for breading
  • 1 package classic Bimbo® ground bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons parsley, dehydrated
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon chile seeds

  • Bread the chicken milanesa by passing it through flour, egg, and classic Bimbo® breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the milanesa until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • For the dressing, mix the milk with the vinegar and let it rest for 3 minutes. After the time has passed, add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until you have a homogeneous dressing.
  • Serve the milanesa with a little dressing and top with the salad. Decorate with chili seeds.
