This breaded chicken milanesa is not the classic one, as it is accompanied by a homemade ranch sauce made with spices, mayonnaise, and homemade buttermilk. The best part is that it has a super crispy and delicious breading.
Bread the chicken milanesa by passing it through flour, egg, and classic Bimbo® breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and parsley.
In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the milanesa until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
For the dressing, mix the milk with the vinegar and let it rest for 3 minutes. After the time has passed, add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until you have a homogeneous dressing.
Serve the milanesa with a little dressing and top with the salad. Decorate with chili seeds.
