Cordon bleu sausages

  • 200 grams deli ham, sliced
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese, sliced
  • 500 grams turkey sausage
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt

  • vegetable oil
  • salad, to accompany

  • On a board, place a slice of turkey breast, a slice of manchego cheese, and a sausage, then roll it up. Repeat the process until you form 8 sausage rolls and set aside.
  • Place the flour in a bowl. Place the eggs and milk in another bowl and mix them very well. Place the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in another bowl and mix them very well. Set aside.
  • Pass the sausage rolls through flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, coating them very well.
  • In a pan with enough oil, fry the sausage rolls one by one for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, remove from oil and place on a plate with paper towels.
  • Serve on a plate and accompany with salad
