Smoked Pork Loin with Mushroom Sauce

  • 680 grams Prego® mushroom sauce
  • 200 grams new potatoes, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 800 grams pork loin, smoked
  • 50 grams butter

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Sauté the halved baby potatoes in a pan with melted butter, add the parsley once golden and set aside.
  • In a baking dish, place the loin, the halved potatoes, and the Prego® Mushroom Sauce.
  • Bake for half an hour, until the loin is slightly browned.
  • Serve hot and accompany with the potatoes.
