680 grams Prego® mushroom sauce
200 grams new potatoes, cooked
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
800 grams pork loin, smoked
50 grams butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Sauté the halved baby potatoes in a pan with melted butter, add the parsley once golden and set aside.
In a baking dish, place the loin, the halved potatoes, and the Prego® Mushroom Sauce.
Bake for half an hour, until the loin is slightly browned.
Serve hot and accompany with the potatoes.
