Suadero Tacos

Suadero tacos, like those from the taco stands in Mexico. Where the rich flavor of the meat will make you addicted. These tacos are perfect to accompany with chopped onion and cilantro and a delicious salsa, either green or red. You choose.

  • 1 kilo rose meat, or any type of beef cut, but not marinated
  • 12 limes
  • 1 onion, large, washed and disinfected
  • 100 grams fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salsa, of your choice
  • 12 tortillas, as needed

  • Cook the suadero with water, the juice of 2 lemons, the peels of the two lemons, and salt in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
  • While the suadero is cooking, chop the cilantro, onion, and prepare the salsa of your choice. Set aside separately.
  • Once the suadero is cooked, chop it into the smallest pieces possible.
  • Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a preferably non-stick pan, and add the chopped beef. Stir slowly until it fries, checking the salt.
  • Heat the tortillas with 3 drops of oil each, or if you prefer, just heat them without adding oil.
  • Place the suadero on the already heated tortilla, add cilantro, onion, lime juice, and salsa.
